CIFF Guangzhou, the preferred platform for global trade in home furnishings founded by China Foreign Trade Center Group Co., Ltd., launched InterBiz Club - Global Tour recently, aiming to promote exchanges in global furniture market and help Chinese home furnishing companies explore global business opportunities! It joins hands with local home furnishing associations, purchasing groups and media to organize various promotion events and symposiums, thus bringing people closer together to form global home furnishing networks.
According to China’s General Administration of Customs, ASEAN was China’s largest trading partner in the first eight months of 2023. Trade between the two parties reached 4.11 trillion CNY, a year-on-year rise of 1.6% and taking up 15.2% of China’s total foreign trade. The implementation of favorable policies such as Regional Comprehensive Economic Partnership (RCEP) has also provided new opportunities for trade and investment cooperation between the two parties.
CIFF Guangzhou is an important bridge linking China’s furniture manufacturing sector and global markets. The 51st session held this March witnessed active participation by a great many overseas buyers, which further polished CIFF Guangzhou’s golden signboard as an export center. InterBiz Club initiated by CIFF Guangzhou serves as an efficient, high-grade, professional and highly-matching trading platform for global exhibitors and visitors. On September 20, CIFF Guangzhou held the first promotion event for InterBiz Club-Global Tour in Manila, the capital of the Philippines. It was attended by nearly a hundred people from Furniture Association of the Philippines, Interior Designers Association of the Philippines, Pampanga Furniture Industries Foundation, local furniture retailers and media, who exchanged views on the development of global furniture markets.

As an international trade fair organized by an institution directly under China’s Ministry of Commerce, CIFF Guangzhou has been committed to the opening up of China’s furniture industry and global furniture trade. The 53rd session will be held in Pazhou, Guangzhou in two phases during March 18-21 and 28-31. With a total exhibition area of 830,000 square meters, it will be joined by 4,000 exhibitors. Areas including Home Furniture, Homedecor & Hometextile, Outdoor Furniture, Sunshade & Leisure, Office and Commercial Space, and CIFM/ interzum guangzhou will cover the entire industry chain.
