The 1st Global Garden Lifestyles Festival 2016 (“GLF”), as a part of the 37th China International Furniture Fair (Guangzhou) (“CIFF”), will debut at the Outdoor & Leisure, Hall 17.3, Area D of the 37th CIFF (Guangzhou) (PWTC Expo) on March 18-21. It will create a business platform for innovative display and industry exchange by integrating the crossover resources.
The GLF will integrate the diversified lifestyles, design, products, environment and activities and combine virtual and real scenarios that enable audience experience, participation and interaction. The top international and domestic architectural design organizations are invited to attend the exhibition with more than ten outdoor furniture enterprises in Guangdong, transforming their understanding for garden lifestyles to the scenario design and audience interaction. Brilliant events will be held during the festival to meet the needs of audience
Some Thematic Chapters
Chapter I: GLF---Design Tour in Spain
The Photos Collection of Design Tour in Spain will showcase the photographic artworks by architects, including: city, architecture, courtyard, people and scenes of life. You can get to know Spain through the designer’s lens.
Spanish artist Mr. Cristobal Gabarron will be present at Area D of the 37th CIFF (Guangzhou) on March 18 to share his experience in creating this collection. In addition, he will bring his 9 outdoor art sculptures “Christopher Columbus’s Discovery Collection” to the 37th CIFF (Guangzhou).
Chapter II: 5x5 Design Show + 5x5 to Design for Outdoor Life and Love (Dog & Cat Kennels)
5x5 Design Show
5 excellent domestic design organizations work with 5 outstanding international design firms to form a 5x5 lineup, launching the Garden Lifestyle Design Show that will highlight the space, atmosphere and product mix and focus on presenting the garden lifestyles.

5x5 to Design for Outdoor Life and Love (Dog & Cat Kennels)
5x5 designers work with the manufacturers to create dog or cat houses, which will showcase the conceptual design and sample making. This exhibition is expected to interact with pet lovers and receive feedback from audience so as to gradually improve the products and to be put into market.
Chapter III: Other Brilliant Events (Monthly Mind Salon, Pechakuca Night, etc.)
A series of lectures, forums and exchanges will be held at the 400-square-meter activity and recreation area to enable visitors to read the latest information and enjoy the beautiful time in the garden during their rest.
